Same sign.
Different owners.

Every European Wax Center is independently owned. Corporate provides the brand, the products and a proven service model. Individual franchise groups make their own decisions about culture, coaching, development and pay.

So judge this opportunity by our people, our numbers and their actual experiences — all of which are on this page.

These are our people. These are our centers. These are their real experiences.

People who actually lived it

Right out of school. Seven years later, she is still here.

I started at EWC right out of school, and I've now been with the company for seven years. That says it all. It's the best place to grow, learn, and feel good while helping others feel their best!
Cassidy · Wax Specialist · 7 years with European Wax Center

10 years. One career. Still growing.

I started with European Wax Center in Houston 10 years ago. During the pandemic, I began a new chapter in Austin with the LaFon Wax Center EWC franchise group. Over the years, I've learned, grown, and been supported in becoming a Peer Trainer. This career has become a long-term passion and has been incredibly successful for me. I'm so grateful and excited for what's ahead!

You will be trained on Comfort Wax®

EWC's proprietary hard wax, made with natural beeswax and co-manufactured exclusively for European Wax Center by suppliers in Europe. It is alcohol-free, does not adhere to skin, and is removed without strips. Learning it properly is part of your paid training, not something you figure out on your own.

Your license was the beginning

Now build the career you went to school for

Advancement here does not mean leaving the craft behind. Peer Trainers keep their book, their guests and their tips.
