Wax Specialist

The career this whole site is about. You wax, you build a guest book that rebooks by name, and you leave the business behind you to us. Waxing experience is welcome but not required — training is paid.

What you’ll do

  • Provide body and facial waxing services at a high standard
  • Educate guests on waxing consistency, aftercare and product use
  • Recommend Wax Passes and home care when they genuinely fit
  • Create a confident, comfortable experience for every guest
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety and brand standards in your suite
  • Work toward your own goals and the center's together

What you need

  • Active Texas esthetician or cosmetologist license
  • Waxing experience valued but not required — paid training provided
  • Sales, customer service or beauty background preferred
  • Open to coaching, sales goals and performance reviews
  • Dependable, punctual and professional

Posted as Retail Service and Sales Associate. The front desk, and the reason specialists can stay in their suite — you run check-in, the phones, memberships and retail while the rooms stay booked.

What you’ll do

  • Check guests in and out and manage reservations and changes
  • Recommend products, services and Wax Passes
  • Prebook guests for their next appointment
  • Process payments accurately and keep guest accounts current
  • Keep the front desk and center presentation sharp
  • Complete opening and closing tasks

What you need

  • Friendly, outgoing, genuinely likes people
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
  • Comfortable talking about products, packages and promotions
  • Flexible availability — one weekend shift and two closing shifts a week
  • High school diploma

Center Manager

$55,000–$70,000

Hourly base with bonus and commission opportunity, plus a cell phone allowance and paid management training.

Run a center: the team, the guest experience and the numbers. You coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists daily and own how the center performs.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists
  • Recruit, interview, onboard and supervise your team
  • Coach daily on Wax Pass, retail and service performance
  • Run team huddles, review KPIs and build action plans
  • Manage scheduling, timecards, inventory and ordering
  • Resolve guest concerns and coach recovery
  • Partner with your District Manager on center improvement

What you need

  • Three or more years managing or leading a team
  • Experience leading five or more people
  • Retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness or sales background
  • Comfortable with sales reports, KPIs and business metrics
  • POS, scheduling platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Available for Saturdays and closing shifts
